This sooo yum! I don’t know how and why and what, but I just fall in love 😍! Hummus is something genius! It is so humble and easy but so delicious. I can eat it in every part of the day - breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Especially if it’s served with vegetables and fresh bread! You need to try it! But remember, that chickpeas from can taste different that’s why if you make from them I hope it will be eatable! 😅 joke! And if you want you can put one tablespoon oil or you can put moretahini, for me that’s amount is perfect 👌! I don’t like to fatty and heavy hummus. And cold water!!!!!!!!! It’s better react with tahini fat molecules! And if you have opportunity bake your garlic, it’s soo delicious. If you put garlic than for one portion you need approximately 2 gloves!
