How to make Beetroot hummus | Hummus | Baked falafels | Falafel & Hummus

Ingredients : For beetroot hummus : 1 cup chickpeas 1 cooked beetroot 1 Tsp salt and pepper 2 garlic cloves 1 Tsp cumin powder handfull parsley 1 Tbsp tahini 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil sesame seeds for garnish For Falafel : 1 cup chickpeas 1 cup onion 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup parsley and coriander leaves 1 Tbsp chickpea flour 1 Tsp chilli ,cumin and coriander powder salt to taste 2 Tbsp olive oil Method: For hummus : 1.Soak (8hrs) and drain the chickpeas . 2.Roast or boil the beetroot. 3.Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 4.Add to a bowl and swirl with spoon. 5.Add olive oil,sesame seeds and parsley. Serve with kababs or falafels and Enjoy! For Falafel : 1.Soak (8hrs) and drain the chickpeas . 3.Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until coarse. 4.Add wax paper to a baking tray and grease it with olive oil 5.grease your hands and make flat cutlet shapes and lay it on the baking tray. 6.Bake at 220°C for 15-20 mins 7.Take it out brush with olive oil and flip it over and bake for 5-10 mins until crisp and brown. 8.Serve with hummus and kubz.
